Chemicals and fish need different arrangements

Chemicals require composition and safety information; fish requires origin, processing and temperature details. We assess import conditions, equipment and documentation for the particular consignment.

About us

Product and import checks

We clarify the commodity code, composition, origin, parties and documents to assess whether delivery to the Netherlands can be arranged.

Curtainsider or refrigerated trailer

Equipment is selected for the product, packaging and temperature; dangerous-goods requirements under ADR are checked separately where applicable.

Rotterdam and delivery addresses

Share the consignee's warehouse or terminal, contact, unloading conditions and receiving window so delivery arrangements can be agreed.

Packaging and monitoring

We agree securing and labelling for chemicals, or packaging, load-compartment hygiene and temperature recording for fish.

Chemicals and fish

Each enquiry starts with checks on the product, origin and applicable restrictions. Transport and authorisation requirements are clarified before dispatch is confirmed.

Chemical products

Provide composition, intended use, commodity code and an up-to-date safety data sheet (SDS). For dangerous goods, classification, packaging and applicable ADR requirements need to be established.

Chilled fish

Specify the species, origin, producer, processing and remaining shelf life. Temperature, health documentation and receiving conditions are checked for the consignment.

Frozen fish

Provide the product specification, packaging, temperature requirements and origin. Cold-chain, temperature-recording and import requirements are agreed before dispatch.

Equipment matched to the product

Trailer type and equipment are agreed after transport feasibility checks. Vehicle availability and loading requirements are confirmed for each enquiry.

Curtainsider trailer

Assessed for suitable packaged goods, taking securing, weight and loading method into account. For chemicals, suitability also depends on the SDS and ADR requirements where applicable.

Refrigerated trailer for fish

Temperature is set according to the product specification, with recording and load-compartment preparation agreed in advance. Loading, inspection and receiving times are considered in planning.

    Russia → Netherlands freight questions

Can chemicals and fish be imported from Russia?
There is no blanket permission for an entire category: eligibility depends on the code, composition or product type, origin and current restrictions. The particular consignment and parties are checked before transport is confirmed.
What details are needed for chemicals?
Send the exact product name, composition, intended use, commodity code, current SDS and packaging details. If classified as dangerous goods, include the UN number, class and packing group where assigned so ADR and equipment requirements can be assessed.
What should we prepare for a fish shipment?
Provide the species, origin, producer, processing method, temperature requirements and shelf life. Veterinary documents, evidence of lawful catch where required and border-control arrangements are clarified for the particular product.
When is a curtainsider or a refrigerated trailer suitable?
A curtainsider is assessed for packaged goods compatible with its protection and securing conditions; chemicals also require an SDS review. Chilled and frozen fish needs equipment suited to the required temperature, hygiene and monitoring arrangements.
Can delivery to Rotterdam or a terminal be arranged?
Share the address, consignee, terminal if relevant and receiving procedure. Access, time slots, unloading and the required customs status are agreed before delivery is confirmed.
How are price and transit time calculated?
They depend on the route, product eligibility, weight, volume, equipment, temperature and documentation and inspection requirements. Estimated timing is agreed after route checks, accounting for border crossings, inspections and consignee readiness.
